Gratitude

One of the most important aspects of mindfulness I’ve learnt so far is to acknowledge gratitude. I must admit it is something I took for granted but when I’ve actually reflected on how I have behaved over the years, it seems that much of life’s joy has indeed passed me by. Gratitude

It’s been a difficult couple of weeks and I didn’t know why? I could stare at my navel and come up with stuff but realistically it was just the rollercoaster of life. A common question. How do I get started? It is rather a bit like getting dressed of a morning, and initially takes just as long! We all get dressed each morning.
